Can I cancel my order?

Our cancellation policy permits you to cancel your order within 2 hours of making it on our website. Should you decide to cancel, we kindly ask that you contact us directly. Given the unique customization of our products, refunds or replacements are offered exclusively for defective items or those that significantly differ from their description. Claims must be lodged within 7 days of delivery, and refunds will only be issued for the product's unit price. Note that shipping and handling fees are not subject to refund

How do I return a product?

Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we offer refunds or replacements only in cases of defects or significant deviations from the product description. A claim must be submitted within fourteen days of delivery, and refunds will be processed for the unit price eligible for reimbursement. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.


Damaged Items or Poor Quality: If your item arrives damaged or has a poor-quality print, we require a photograph highlighting the issue. We will replace any items damaged or with poor-quality prints at no additional cost to you, although we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.


Incorrect Product Shipped: If you receive a product different from your order, please send us a photograph showing the discrepancy. We will replace any incorrectly shipped items at no extra charge.


Design Issues: For concerns regarding the design printed on your product, please send us a photograph for review. Credits, refunds, or reprints for design-related issues will be issued at the discretion of Personalized For Me, wildly if the printed design significantly deviates from the submitted artwork. Each case will be thoroughly investigated to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
