Damaged Items or Poor Quality

  • In cases where an item is damaged or shipped with a poor-quality print, we require you to send us a photograph highlighting the poor quality or damaged area.
  • Personalized For Me will replace any items that are damaged or have poor-quality prints at no additional cost.
  • Please note, Personalized For Me is not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

Incorrect Product Shipped

  • If you receive a product different from your order, please send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered.
  • We will replace any incorrectly shipped items at no additional cost.

Design Issues

  • For any complaints regarding the design printed on a product, you are encouraged to send us a photograph.
  • Credits, refunds, or reprints for design-related issues will be issued at the sole discretion of Personalized For Me.
  • This is applicable if the printed design substantially differs from the submitted artwork.
  • We assure you that every case will be thoroughly investigated and we will work diligently to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Order Cancellation

  • You may request the cancellation of any order placed through your account within 24 hours.
  • Orders canceled within this 24-hour window via the personalizedforme.com/account will not be charged to your provided payment method.
